100% Customer Satisfaction goal


Here at Pharmadmso llc., we want you to be happy with your purchase. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately. Pharmadmso llc., will most certainly help in any way we can to achieve your satisfaction with our products.


As our customer, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery date. An unopened product means that the original seal is intact. Unopened returned products, receive a full purchase price refund. Shipping costs are non refundable.


When you contact us for a return, please include your order number and any details about the product or issue.

Dissatisfied?

If you're dissatisfied with your order, for whatever reason, you can also return open or used items within 30 days of the delivery date. Used and opened containers qualify for a 50% refund. We simply cannot resell any product that has been opened. That product will need to be destroyed here at our facility.

We do, however, offer a store credit of 80% off any additional item in our store. For those who do return opened and used items, rather than a 50% refund.


Product Exchange:

*For the health of our customers and our staff, we simply cannot accept product exchanges or "trades" on used, opened or specialty blends.


Special Blend Returns:

 If you have ordered a specialty blended item or added essential oils to any standard product, we can offer a 50% refund. We cannot offer a “product exchange or trade” once the DMSO has been infused with an essential oil.


Return Shipping:

All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned to our shop undamaged. Please take the time to pack the items well. Make sure that the product is not in contact with the box or outside container.


Refund Processing:

We process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the undamaged product. It can still take up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account. This depends on both our bank and your bank's communication.
